This Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy (hereinafter: the Policy) is based on Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) and the Act on the Implementation of the General Data Protection Regulation (Official Gazette 42/18).

When you use the contact form to inquire about product prices, we may collect the following data:
- name and surname
- e-mail address
- phone number (if provided)
- company name (if provided)
- content of the message / inquiry
- any data you voluntarily enter in the message
We collect this data solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Your personal data are processed for the following purposes:
- responding to inquiries and delivery of offers / product information
- data categories: name, e-mail, phone (if provided), inquiry content
Legal basis:
taking steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for communication with potential customers.
4. Data retention period
We keep your personal data:
- for a maximum of 12 months from receipt of the inquiry,
- or for a shorter period if you request their deletion.
If the inquiry leads to business cooperation or a product purchase, the data may be kept longer in accordance with legal obligations (e.g., accounting and tax regulations).
5. Sharing data with third parties
Your personal data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized persons. Data may only be shared when necessary:
